1. Product overview of GGD type low voltage distribution cabinet
 

Jiangxi Yikai Electric's GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet can be widely used in power plants, substations, factories and mining enterprises and other power users, in power distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380 V, and rated current up to 3150 A, as power , lighting and power distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control.

GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a new low-voltage distribution cabinet designed by our company based on the requirements of the superiors of the Ministry of Energy, the majority of power users and the design department, and based on the principles of safety, economy, reasonableness and reliability. The cable entry methods include top, bottom, left, middle, right on the top of the cabinet and behind the cabinet to meet the actual needs of various projects for different cable entries. At the same time, there are fixed positions left in the cabinet for power plants and special users to install electromechanical protection and automatic devices. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient assembly, strong serialization and practicality, novel structure, and high protection level. It can be used as an updated product for low-voltage complete sets of switchgear.
 

2. Conditions for use of GGD low-voltage distribution cabinet
 

a. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃;

b. For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the use location shall not exceed 2000M;

c. The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C. A larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (for example, 90% at +20°C). It should be considered that accidental changes in temperature may occur. The effect of condensation;

d. When the equipment is installed, the inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5%;

e. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded; if the user has special requirements, he or she can negotiate with the manufacturer.
